the water changes color.
Why is this so?
Locally treated water has its own impurities as well. The kind of color change may differ from region to region, since different areas treat water differently and have different sources of water. Metals from poorly maintained pipes, chlorine, and salts are some examples of what can affect the water's color change.
When one's feet are present in the foot bath, though, the body's own toxins outweigh the ones present in the water. This is evident in the fact that a thick substance forms in the water and sticks to the sides of the basin when feet are present. This usually requires a detergent to be cleaned.
Besides the fact that the black flecks may be from heavy metals removed from your body, these may also come from the metals present in the array itself, or from the metals in the water.

No, it is not possible. The Noah Ion Cell Cleanse machine monitors the electricity that passes through the array. If the amount of electricity exceeds safety levels, the machine automatically stops operation and an alarm sounds.
Patients can use the machine only after they have recovered. The time it takes before they can use the machine again is generally six weeks. It would be best to get a doctor's clearance first before using the machine again.
